Chocolate Making 101

1. Discussion: We’ll talk about the process of turning Theobroma Cacao into the chocolate that we know and love. Ask every question you’ve ever had about chocolate. We’ll try our best to give you all the answers you need to be successful in your own kitchen.
2. Demonstration: A truffle ganache recipe will be prepared.
3. Hands-on: What is tempering? Why and how do you do it?
4. Your hands in chocolate: Shape, hand-dip, and decorate chocolate truffles with your choice of chocolate and decorative effects.

Take home 24 truffles, a classic recipe with instructions, and the skills needed to create your own chocolates at home.

Class size will be limited to 7 participants to maximize hands-on experience.
Minimum of 4 participants required to run each session, $75 per person.
